The installation service is dependent on the type of product supplied and your location.

Below, we have outlined how we can help you with the installation of your goods.

Your Location?

We have our own installation team.

As a Yorkshire based company, our installation service is normally offered to customers who live within a 45 minute journey time of our premises.

The reason is that we wish to complete your project in an efficient and effective way, and keeping the installation radius smaller means we can spend more time on site rather than travelling to it.

If your location is further away, please see below how we can help with the installation process.

Note: If you are embarking on a large project, please speak to us, and we can always look to obtain accommodation close to your home if needed.

Type Of Product?

We have multiple oak items, ranging from oak framed buildings to engineered flooring to external doors.

Each product has its own fitting guidelines, and although we can install all our own products, we would suggest the following process depending on the individual product.

A larger project involving multiple items can also be accommodated. Our team can also install oak flooring, doors and other joinery related requirements.

Helpful Information & Advice

Our aim is to keep the installation as simple as possible.

All oak framed buildings, porches and structures are accompanied by their own set of fully labelled drawings.

Every part of your oak building, staircase, door or porch is planed, pre-sanded and pre-oiled ready to install.

All external doors are pre-glazed (if required), pre-hung and come complete with all hinges and ironmongery installed.

Third Party Installers

We have an increasing number of third party installers that we can recommend.

This depends on the product you require and your location.

Some products are more specialised and require a trade specific to that product, for example, engineered oak flooring. Glazing and roofing buildings also require more expertise.

If you have a contractor and/or joiner on site, they will find the installation of our goods straight forward.

All components are numbered and lettered, making the identification of each timber easy to locate and install.
